SKY INN - Inflight Catering

"Sky-Inn" forms a part of CDC-UIS Group specialized in all type of catering and oil services. In-flight catering service forms a part of our activities and we have built an in- flight Catering Center of 2250 square meters, located in Tbilisi International Airport - Georgia. The said unit is a state of the art modern flights kitchen, storage and laundry facilities long overdue for this region.

Capacity of the unit is 10,000 meals per day and operated in accordance with international standards approved by major airlines carriers. Moreover, a fully documented food safety management program based on HACCP concepts for airline catering has been designed by "International Food Safety- UK" is put into place. HACCP documentation was based, on world food safety guidelines for airlines and the AEA hygiene audit systems.

A large part of Sky-Inn management operational team has long experience in leading airports worldwide, which has reflected positively on the training and efficiency of the staff. Our Services are not limited to in-flight catering solely but covers banqueting and industrial catering services as well
